HMO - £99 Per Person + fee 12.5% of monthly rent

BTL - £250 + 8% fee

VCC Homes is an independent Lettings company specialising in the management of HMO's (Houses in Multiple Occupation) in Crawley and surrounding areas. We also offer management services for BTL (Buy To Let) properties. 

Our contemporary business model means that we do not own office space as all our operations are paperless and online. This allows us to be fully systematised and automated using technology, thus increasing our efficiency whilst reducing our overheads. This means these savings can then be passed onto you.
